Here’s my problem. I attend a group; I won’t mention the name…shhh! (W.W.) where we weigh in each week. Some weeks I lose and I feel great and the weeks I don’t I feel so horrible it makes be want to give up! Also, the weeks I lose makes me think I can cheat and the weeks I don’t lose makes me hate myself so much especially if I have been PERFECT! I HATE SCALES!!! Can you help me get off this rollercoaster?

Well, Ms. Dee, I totally understand how you feel. I use to go in for those weekly meetings too many, many, years ago when I weighed over 100 pounds and hated the scale.
